By creating an Account or otherwise accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and conditions.
Here are the terms and conditions of purchasing shoes from our website www.urukweto.com as well as various ways to help you make the best choices in our products. If you’re not satisfied with your product, you can return your product and get an exchange for another one similar or another product with the same price.
All returns and refunds are free but under the following conditions while refunds are eligible. To exercise your right properly, you may notify us of your decision to return the product as soon as possible by sending an email to info@urukweto.com or by contacting us via WhatsApp or by simply calling us to our telephone number.
If you think that at the moment of delivery the product is not as specified on the web, you must notify us immediately.
If a production defect or damage is confirmed on the returned products, we will give you a complete refund including the charges you have accrued of delivery and return. The refund will always be paid using the same payment means you used to pay for your purchase. All rights recognized in current legislation shall be, in any case, safeguarded.

Returns Policy

Below are conditions for returns

• The returns are only accepted within 5 days of the date of purchase
• To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Make sure that the return is done only if the product is in this range: the wrong size or wrong color or has a production issue
• For the exchange if you don’t find the size or color you wanted in the store, you can wait for 14 days to allow us getting your favorite items from our suppliers
• The returns must require receipt or proof of purchase
• The returns must have the original packaging bag

Refunds Policy

If the product provided does not bring satisfaction to your needs, you are eligible to receive a refund within the terms and conditions below:

• The refund is only done if the product has clear production errors that are also communicated at least within 3 days after delivery
• If the returned product happens to be a defect you are eligible for a full refund
• The refunds requested after 3 days will not be approved
• The refund will be made in the same ways that the payment was made
• There will be no cash refunds

Delivery Policy

• Given that the delivery service is free, you (the customer) must return the product on your own expense in order to receive another one or agree with us the delivery price so that we can deliver the exchanged product to your place.
• The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost in case of a return if the customer wishes to change the products (but in case our company Urukweto delivery the wrong size or color or the item has a production issue, then the free delivery service will be covered by our company).
• Upon delivery the products to the customer, the customer should sign the confirmation form for products acceptance.
• Delivery in the city of Kigali will be done within 24h and outside of Kigali, the products will be delivered between 24h to 48h.

 

If you do not agree with the practices we have described in our Policy, please do not share your personal information with us. By sharing your personal information with us, including purchasing on our website, by reaching out to us by Phone/ E-mail or WhatsApp, you agree to our use of your information as described in this Policy.
